About the Role
Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale campaigns involving hundreds to thousands of KOLs/Influencers/Affiliates per month.
Develop creative briefs and optimize campaign performance with KOLs/Influencers/Affiliates.
Maintain and expand a structured database of KOLs/Influencers/Affiliates.
Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs/Influencers/Affiliates.
Monitor and report campaign execution according to timelines, briefs, and KPIs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
6 months to 2 years of experience as a KOL Business Development or similar role.
Proven portfolio of managed campaigns.
Experience handling medium to large-scale campaigns (approximately 200 KOLs).
Possessing an existing KOL database is a plus.
Able to work under KPI-driven targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset.
